Job Description:
Hampshire County Council is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to join the 2nd Level Support team in Winchester. You will be responsible for providing hands-on support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and meeting room technology, resolving incidents and provisioning user equipment.
You’ll work within a large organisation, supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, maintaining inventories, and escalating complex issues as needed.
