Onsite IT Service Desk Analyst – Level 1-2 Support

DXC Technology is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Farnborough onsite five days a week. You will be the first point of contact, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across the organization, diagnosing and resolving incidents and requests while adhering to SLAs.

The role requires eligibility to meet UK security requirements and right to work in the UK; you will work in an ITIL-aligned environment, contribute to knowledge base, and support major incident processes.
