ICT Service Desk Trainee – Start Your Tech Career (Hybrid)

Bernicia is seeking a Service Desk Trainee to be the first point of contact for colleagues requiring ICT assistance. Based in Ashington or Durham, you will log incidents, perform初l troubleshooting and guide users on Microsoft 365 and devices.

This development role welcomes a recently completed degree and a genuine interest in ICT, with a focus on learning, teamwork and delivering excellent service. A driving licence is required for travel.
