Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Bereavement Counsellor to provide confidential support to adults, children and families referred to the service, in the hospice and in the community.
You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, managing a caseload, delivering group and individual counselling, supervising volunteers, and contributing to service development and quality improvement.
