Facilities Manager – Hybrid Safety & Compliance Lead

York Road Project is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, compliant operation of all its facilities, including the Tonight Centre and 14-bed Tomorrow Houses in Woking.

You will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance activities with the Admin & Systems Team, ensuring statutory requirements are met while supporting refurbishment plans and enhancing operational efficiency across sites. The role requires strong planning, risk management, and supplier liaison.
