Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a motivated Asphalt Plant Operative to run and monitor our asphalt plant at our Bradford-area sites. You will help ensure safe, efficient production and high quality materials for customers, in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on hands-on operation, inspections, routine maintenance, and accurate record-keeping, with travel to nearby Heidelberg Materials sites as required. Strong safety mindset is essential.
