I’m recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join an established and growing multi-site QSR brand in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-volume food and hospitality environment.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of a busy site, support the team on shift and play a key role in maintaining high standards across people, service, food quality and operational performance.
The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Leading and motivating the team during busy trading periods
- Coaching and developing team members to improve performance
- Helping to create a positive, people-focused working culture
- Supporting sales, labour, stock, waste and key operational KPIs
- Maintaining high standards across food quality, service and customer experience
- Ensuring food safety, health & safety and compliance standards are consistently met
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Managing shifts effectively and ensuring smooth operational delivery
- Stepping up to lead the site in the General Manager’s absence
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with management or supervisory experience within a high-volume hospitality environment.
Experience within QSR, fast casual, food-to-go, grab & go, café or similar branded operations would be highly advantageous.
You will be:
- A confident and hands-on leader
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Passionate about developing people and building strong teams
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with operational KPIs
- Organised, reliable and able to lead shifts effectively
- Focused on delivering high standards of food, service and customer experience
- Ambitious and keen to progress into a General Manager role
