Helpdesk & Scheduling Coordinator – Mon-Fri, Growth Path

Syncro Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is seeking a Helpdesk Co-ordinator for its St Helens site. You will manage calls and emails, schedule maintenance, liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks with accurate record-keeping.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in a busy helpdesk or customer service environment, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities.
