Procurement Admin Specialist — Category & Data Support

Foodbuy is recruiting a Buyers Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support across the category function. The role is hybrid, based in London or Chertsey, and involves handling supplier and client queries, contract and price changes, reporting, and day-to-day category activity.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers and clients, managing priorities with accuracy and proactive communication. Excellent organisation, detail orientation and IT skills are essential.
