Business Development Executive

Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Colchester-based client for a Business Development Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to develop existing accounts, generate new business opportunities, and support marketing activities across a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland.
• Create and schedule social media content and marketing campaigns.
• Support exhibitions, promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience with a track record of generating new business.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Confident using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Package

• £32,000 – £34,000 DOE + bonus
• 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
