Senior Food & Beverage Manager – Lead Service & Events

Dakota Hotels is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the Bar & Grill and Events spaces in the UK. You will drive service standards across all F&B operations, including payroll, rotas, bookings, and stock control, while leading a team of managers and front-line staff.

You will coach and develop team members, partner with HR for recruitment and training, and champion the Dakota guest experience with a hands-on, energetic leadership style.
