Luxury Fragrance Customer Care & Sales Support (Part-Time)

ROJA London is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate to support luxury fragrance e-commerce, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), with occasional evenings and weekends during peak trading periods.

You will handle customer enquiries across live chat, email and phone, oversee order fulfilment, manage stock on Shopify, and help protect orders through fraud/risk checks while delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication and meticulous record-keeping are essential.
