Customer Success Operations Associate (AI-Driven)

Raylo is seeking an Operations Associate in Belfast to support customers and help optimise the end-to-end experience. The role is based on-site at 22 Adelaide Street, with a hybrid pattern (4 days on site, 1 day WFH).

You’ll join the Customer Success team within Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to fast-growing tech operations and AI-enabled processes while building practical skills and taking on increasing responsibility.
