Concierge & Resident Services Coordinator (4-on 4-off)

JLL is seeking a Resident Service Agent for our Build to Rent scheme at Greengate, Salford. The role operates on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern, with day and night coverage from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 respectively.

Responsibilities include managing applicants, conducting viewing tours, securing apartment offers, coordinating repairs, and handling tenancy-related queries, while delivering excellent customer care and flexible service in a dynamic environment.
