Banking Customer Experience Advisor – Branch & Phone

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Scarborough branch to support customers in-branch and over the phone. You will handle transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and help protect customers against fraud and scams.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus potential.
