Repair Scheduling & Operations Coordinator

Abri is seeking a Scheduling Operations Planner to join the customer response team. You will manage diaries, coordinate appointments and respond to changing priorities to keep repairs on track and keep customers informed.

This is an office-based role with Monday – Friday hours. You will work with operatives, residents and colleagues to ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, safely and with excellent customer service.
