Planning Compliance Officer – Enforce & Safeguard

Manchester City Council invites applications for a Planning Compliance Officer. The role involves supporting the Development Compliance Team to investigate breaches of planning control, collect evidence, read technical drawings and planning legislation, and work with Planning Officers and Building Control Surveyors to ensure developments comply with approved plans.
