The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for maintaining a variety of outdoor sites, ensuring they are safe, clean and well presented. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, strimming and general lawn care
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• Weeding, litter picking and general site maintenance
• Carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties
• Safely operating power tools and horticultural equipment
• Keeping sites clean, tidy and well maintainedFollowing company procedures and maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Experience using strimmers, hedge trimmers, mowers and other horticultural equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
