Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners Support students with additional learning needs and varying abilities Assist lecturers in delivering engaginglessons Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Support students with academic tasks and personal development Encourage learner confidence, independence, and progressionWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including graduates and those looking to move into education.Essential: Passion for supporting young people and adults in education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, proactive, and supportive approach Ability to build positive relationships with learners and staffDesirable: Degree or relevant qualification Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults Interest in teaching, SEN, or support roles Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)No prior school or college experience?
