Newmedica is seeking a Healthcare Administrator in Ipswich/Bury St Edmunds. The role requires 40 hours over 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota. You will handle bookings, calls, emails, post, and patient enquiries in a fast-paced eye care environment.

We value customer focus, empathy, and a friendly manner to help patients feel at ease before eye surgery. Training is provided; a full UK driving license is advantageous.
