Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shops

Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships for repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour, with a typical rota of 20 hours weekly across a pattern including long opening or closing shifts and some evenings. Shifts run 8am–10pm across locations, with four weeks’ advance rota notice.
