Store Operations Specialist – Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations in Westminster. This is a physically demanding, high‑velocity backstage role that keeps our stores running like clockwork and ensures shelves stay full and orderly.

You’ll handle stock and deliveries, support colleagues across the store, and use digital tools to monitor stock movement and availability. Early mornings, weekends and shift work are part of the job, with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for eligible hours.
