Hybrid Recoveries Team Lead – Training & Performance

Lyons Davidson Solicitors in Leeds is seeking a permanent Team Supervisor to lead and organise a recoveries team in the Litigation Preparation Unit.

You will supervise case handlers, allocate tasks, deliver training, monitor performance, manage complex recovery cases, and support insurer client relationships. The role operates a hybrid model: 2 days in the office and 3 at home, with occasional full-time office presence for training.
