General Warehouse Operative

We are looking for Day Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford on a permanent and full time basis.

• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment
• MHE experience advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable natureCML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products in a chilled temperature environment. whilst also offering a series of added value solutions to its clients. This is a career, not just a job. Unlike most local companies, you will have a job after Christmas
• Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days – 06:00am-18:00pm.
• Salary: £25,445.42 basic per annum.
• £1000 attendance bonus per annum
• £1500 annual banked hours payment per annum
• £500 Reach truck payment per annum
• £250 Counterbalance and MEWP payment per annum.
• Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:
• The shift patterns above operate on a Banked Hours Scheme.
• This role includes but is not limited to:
• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
