Customer Support & AI Agent Advocate (Remote UK)

The Alliance is seeking a Customer Support Champion to handle member inquiries via email and tickets, delivering prompt and friendly replies while contributing to AI agent improvements and knowledge-base updates. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Education, Product, and other teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the overall member experience.

This role allows remote work from anywhere in the UK or a hybrid arrangement in London, with a base salary of £32,000–£34,000
