Assistant Manager – Coastal Pub & Guest Experience

St Austell Brewery in Padstow, Cornwall, is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to guide a passionate team and step in for the General Manager when required. You will focus on delivering warm, memorable guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.

In this role you will oversee front and back of house during peak times, monitor guest feedback, ensure food quality is consistent, and support the Kitchen team while handling admin and cash duties in the GM’s absence.
