Looking for a main dealer Service Advisor role with legit opportunities to progress? This could be an excellent next step. The dealership has a proven track record of developing its people – the Senior Service Advisor I placed here recently is now the Aftersales Manager.

Alongside the opportunity to develop your career, you’ll be joining an established main dealer environment with a £30,000 basic salary and £35,000 OTE, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Managing customers throughout the service and repair process.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated.
• Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work.
• Liaising closely with the workshop and other dealership departments.
• Providing a professional customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Requirements

• Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience.
• A full, valid driving licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits

• £30,000 basic salary + bonus scheme
• £35,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
• NO WEEKENDS
