NHS Grampian is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and values-driven Project Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support for the delivery of our Parental Employability Framework. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to NHS Grampian’s Anchor Organisation ambitions by supporting the systems, processes and communications that help create accessible employment pathways for parents who are at risk of poverty.
The post holder will support the day-to-day administration of the project, working closely with the Employability Officer – PEF, Local Employability Partnerships, third sector providers, education partners, recruitment colleagues and NHS services. The role will include arranging meetings, preparing papers, maintaining action logs, supporting communications, updating records, monitoring responses and helping ensure that project information is accurate, accessible and well organised.
You will be confident using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
