Job Description:
The Assistant Surveyor – Garages will support the effective management and administration of the Council’s garage portfolio, ensuring that property records, occupancy information, inspections, licences, repairs and compliance information are accurate and up to date.
The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Property Management or a similar qualification, or equivalent relevant practical experience, along with knowledge of property records, budgetary systems and property-related legal documentation.
