National Accounts Customer Care & Sales Executive

Certas Energy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor – National Accounts to deliver outstanding service while maximising commercial opportunities. You will support national account customers, process orders, resolve queries and help grow sales.

You’ll combine strong customer focus with a commercial mindset, manage orders, provide pricing information and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, all while meeting KPIs in a Warrington-based hybrid role.
