Digital Banking Customer Success Advisor

Santander UK is hiring for a customer-service role focused on helping personal banking customers feel confident and in control of their finances. You’ll support face-to-face, telephone and video channels while promoting digital banking and delivering a personalised experience.

Starting salary is £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and a discretionary 8% bonus. The role is site-based with a hybrid pattern after onsite training, with at least 12 days/month in the office thereafter.
