We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution operation in Blyth. You’ll be part of a supportive team helping keep products moving through one of the UK’s largest logistics networks.
This is a full-time role with fixed day or night shifts, giving you reliable hours and the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided from day one, so whether you’ve worked in a warehouse before or you’re looking for a fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: Due to the site location, you’ll need your own transport. This role also involves handling alcohol products, so applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Pay and Shift Details
Pay Rates
- Nights: £14.46 per hour
- Nights Overtime: £21.69 per hour
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday – 8pm to 4am
These are fixed shift patterns, so this role is not suitable for students.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Unloading containers
- Picking and packing products ready for dispatch
- Carrying out a variety of warehouse tasks
- Helping keep stock moving through the warehouse
- Working safely as part of a busy team
Please note this warehouse is a alcohol environment.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Enjoy staying active and busy throughout your shift
- Are comfortable with some manual handling and lifting (up to 25KG)
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a positive and reliable approach to work
You’ll also need:
- A good standard of spoken and written English and Maths skills
- To be able to work the fixed shift pattern
