Shift Manager – Lead a Fast, Customer-First Team

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll be responsible for the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivating the team and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You’ll handle busy shifts, supervise colleagues, and ensure products are prepared, displays well-stocked, and the shop remains clean and welcoming. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused setting is ideal.
