Commercial Waste Officer – Data, Billing & Service Growth

BCP Council in Bournemouth is seeking a Commercial Waste Officer to join our small Commercial Office team. You will deliver a high level of customer service to residents and commercial customers face to face, by phone and in writing, while handling data on waste management and some billing tasks.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, based at our Poole or Bournemouth Recycling Centres with a rota across both sites; starting salary £31,525 with scope for growth within the pay framework.
