Bamford Collection is seeking a Guest Services Operator to join our luxury hospitality, retail and wellness brands. You will be the central contact for guest enquiries, bookings and retail orders, delivering exceptional service with professionalism, efficiency and care.
Hours are 40 per week, starting in October 2026 until January 2027, with a salary of £28,700 per annum. This role requires a highly organised, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
