Loss Prevention Specialist — Protecting Assets & People

TK Maxx UK Store 274 – Brent Cross is hiring a Loss Prevention Advisor to help safeguard people and assets across the store. You will work with the store team to investigate incidents, analyze data, and provide feedback that drives loss reduction.

The role balances customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes security work, educating associates on Loss Prevention priorities and best practices to maintain a safe shopping environment. Prior LP experience is helpful but not required.
