Venue Lead (Part-Time) – Front-of-House & Team Coach

Pavilion Dance South West in Bournemouth is hiring a part-time frontline venue role to warmly welcome artists, visitors and staff. You will be the day-to-day operational lead for the building and a hub for information.

The position is based at our Bournemouth venue with annualised hours; approximately 30 hours per week, with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Closing date 2 November 2026 and interviews on 12 November 2026.
