Retail Supervisor (Flexible Hours) — Lead & Inspire Store

Oliver Bonas is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. You will work with the store management team to drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong operational standards.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the team and ensure the store runs smoothly with a sense of fun and OB enthusiasm. The role offers flexibility with a fixed number of hours per week across varied shifts, and conversations about flexible working are welcome.
