AI Cloud Solution Architect

Overview

In this Cloud Solution Architect role, you will guide customers in moving AI applications from experimentation to production on Azure. You’ll lead architecture design, pilots, and production milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption. You contribute to reusable IP and act as the Voice of the Customer to drive product improvements. This position emphasizes customer outcomes, scalability, and mentoring others to grow capabilities. You’ll work with partners and customers to deliver measurable business value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer AI priorities and design secure, scalable Azure-based solutions that deliver business value and production adoption
• Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI offerings and related services
• Drive next-best actions and expand pipeline from engagements through repeatable IP and reference architectures
• Voice of the Customer: communicate adoption issues and blockers to engineering to accelerate resolution
• Support skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and architecture reviews
• Maintain growth mindset, share knowledge, and mentor others to accelerate outcomes

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and strong experience in AI, GitHub, AI Governance, AI Agent development, agents, LLMs or related technologies
• Proven customer-facing experience
• Experience developing and reusing technical IP, reference architectures, solution patterns and engineering assets
