Finance Manager – Retail

Overview

In this role you review estate performance to drive EBITDA and keep Regional Managers informed with granular insights. You partner with Retail Operations, Finance and Property to translate data into actionable actions for store leaders. You influence strategic decisions through business partnering and robust analysis to shape store-level strategies. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role at a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial partner to Regional Managers to drive financial performance to the shop floor
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Finance and Property
• Own store performance insight and analysis and shape individual store strategies
• Translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders and strategic decisions

Key requirements

• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
• Strong analytical skills able to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with SLT
• Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment
