Acquisitions Manager

Overview

In this role, you will drive UK expansion for a leading retailer by identifying and securing new sites and building a robust development pipeline. You’ll perform data‑driven site assessments and commercial analyses, and negotiate with landlords, agents and developers to move opportunities toward legal completion. You’ll work across the UK, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support growth in multi‑site environments. This is a high‑impact role for someone with 5+ years in property acquisitions/development seeking a scalable growth stage. MRICS is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new retail sites across the UK
• Build and manage a strong development pipeline
• Conduct data‑driven site assessment and commercial analysis

• Manage opportunities through to legal completion

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property acquisitions/development, preferably in retail, F&B, QSR, leisure or multi-site environments
• MRICS desirable but not essential
• UK‑wide travel
