Overview

In this role you will help clients fuse supply chain expertise with data and AI to drive measurable value. You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, model demand and inventory, and prototype AI-enabled solutions. You’ll contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, deliver client-ready outputs, and deepen your expertise across data, AI, and supply chain delivery. This opportunity offers hands-on client exposure, structured development, and a path to shape AI-enabled supply chains at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Analytical diagnostics and insights to surface value for clients (e.g., spend analysis, demand and inventory modelling)
  • Explore, prototype and deploy AI, ML, and automation for supply chain use cases
  • Contribute to consulting engagements through structured problem-solving, data modelling, and recommendations
  • Engage with clients through workshops and interviews; translate findings into outputs
  • Produce client-ready materials (data visuals, analyses, AI use-case assessments, roadmaps)
  • Work with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, o9, Coupa, Celonis, Azure ML, Databricks, Power BI; learn related data and AI capabilities
  • Contribute to thought leadership and reusable assets; stay current on AI developments in supply chain

Key requirements

  • Analytical, curious, and motivated to apply AI in real-world supply chains and operations
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, data analytics, data science, or technology consulting
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts (demand planning, S&OP/IBP, procurement, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing operations)
  • Data/AI capability with Python, SQL, R or BI tools; exposure to ML, automation, or analytics tooling in a supply chain context is a plus
  • Familiarity with supply chain, ERP, procurement, or analytics/Decision Intelligence platforms; interest in AI integration with these systems
  • Structured problem-solving, narrative building from data, and evidence-based recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication for deliverables and presentations
  • Interest in sustainability, resilience, regulatory requirements (EUDR, CSDDD), and ethical AI in supply chains
  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Data Science or equivalent; travel willingness
