You will handle a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let, and new-build work. You will also support growth through marketing activities and client-focused service. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, buy to let, new build work)
• Handle first registrations and complex purchase considerations for high-end properties
• Contribute to marketing strategies to grow the department and firm
• Deliver first-class client service with a personal and stress-free approach
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service and meet targets

Key requirements

• ~3 years PQE in residential property
• Experience in residential property conveyancing
• Ability to meet financial and non-financial targets
• Compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent) with UK practice
• Location flexibility for Exeter or Cambridge office
