Project Coordinator – IBAR

Overview

As Project Coordinator for IBAR, you will support the project managers by coordinating activities across IBAR projects. Based in Kendal, you’ll manage project documentation, reporting, and client communications, and handle export paperwork for UK-bound projects. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment aligned with Flex’s plan to spin off Axiom, delivering end-to-end digital infrastructure and power/thermal solutions for AI data centers and mission-critical applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting
• Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems
• Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on project status
• Project managing IBAR tap off orders
• Maintain regular contact with clients and update them to ensure good relationships
• Create export documentation for projects leaving the UK

Key requirements

• Typically requires 2 years of related experience
• Competency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of speed, organization and accuracy with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently across multiple activities
