Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor sought for a flagship Glasgow infrastructure project. You will lead commercial and contractual delivery from site, ensuring cost control, NEC3 compliance, and risk management. Work closely with the delivery team to hit cost, programme, and quality targets on a major wastewater treatment and sludge facility scheme. This role combines strategic commercial leadership with hands-on site collaboration, offering clear long-term progression.

Pay / Benefits

• 60,000 – 74,000 salary

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual management on the project
• Manage subcontract procurement, administration, payments, and final accounts
• Deliver accurate cost forecasting, valuations, and commercial reporting
• Ensure full compliance with NEC3 contracts
• Oversee risk, change, and claims management to protect project and business interests
• Partner with project leadership to achieve delivery targets

Key requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
