Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end project delivery for large-scale solar EPC initiatives within the MRES-ET division in London. You will coordinate design, engineering, and procurement activities to meet time, budget and scope goals while ensuring QHSE compliance. You will manage client relationships, risk, and reporting to enable a smooth handover to the O&M team. This is a pivotal role for advancing sustainable energy projects within a global industrial group.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget
• Coordinate design, engineering and development teams to define requirements and optimize solutions while managing risks
• Conduct site surveys and support cost estimation, budgeting and commercial analysis
• Manage RFQs, suppliers and subcontractors, including contracts, scope and performance
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Supervise project execution and site activities with QHSE compliance
• Monitor progress, risks and deviations; provide reports and corrective actions
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, project documentation and handover to O&M

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 5+ years in medium- to large-scale solar park construction within EPC
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
