Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Overview

In this Regulatory Reporting Analyst role, you will support Monzo’s regulatory liquidity reporting and governance. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely disclosures and robust controls, contributing to Pillar 3 reporting and liquidity metrics. You will leverage data visualization to reveal insights and help automate recurring processes for scale. This role offers impact through improving regulatory reporting and supporting Monzo’s mission with a data‑driven approach.

Pay / Benefits

• up to 55,000 salary

Responsibilities

• Produce Monzo’s regulatory liquidity reporting with robust controls
• Document regulatory interpretations and communications
• Assist with capital and liquidity reporting and disclosures (Pillar 3)
• Execute and improve controls to ensure timely, accurate, complete reporting
• Ensure regulatory reporting runs operate smoothly and on schedule
• Utilize data visualization to build dashboards and facilitate sign-off
• Design and implement automation to scale reporting processes

Key requirements

• Experience producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returns
• Strong data focus and attention to detail
• Knowledge of SQL desired; willingness to learn
• Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
• Interest in automating or enhancing recurring processes while ensuring timely reports
