Overview

In this role you lead occupier fit-out projects in Central London from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction. You will establish governance, plans and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives and success criteria with the client and stakeholders
  • Set up project governance, processes and systems ensuring quality, safety, health and environment standards
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plan; monitor progress, performance and risks
  • Manage budget and resources; ensure timely invoicing and reporting
  • Coordinate communication with project team, client and consultants throughout the lifecycle
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and recommendations
  • Lead resolution of issues or conflicts during the project
  • Ensure delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and satisfaction
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to improving products and services

Key requirements

  • Degree level education
  • Construction/property related academic qualification (or equivalent)
  • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture (or working towards)
  • Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment
  • Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to deliver under pressure
