Business Deployment Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the Convergence Runway to standardise the operating model ahead of SAP S/4HANA, working with cross-functional teams to enable a smooth transition from current state. You will leverage data and process insights to drive convergence and support the MyERP rollout. The position offers exposure to large-scale transformation within a fast-growing, multinational food business. You will collaborate closely with the Vision Team and Deployment/GPOs to ensure effective change and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support convergence runway activities to align with timelines
• Perform in-depth analysis of data, processes, and systems for delivery planning
• Assist with catalogue change through local upskilling and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Deployment Team and GPOs to standardise processes
• Coordinate with GPOs and process leads to manage inter-dependencies
• Define data models and data standards to support convergence
• Support broader data management to achieve consistent data across systems
• Contribute to data migration and change activities during cutover
• Maintain robust controls and governance for change activity and data integrity
• Coordinate with MDM team to ensure aligned systems and processes
• Manage ad hoc convergence projects within timescales and budget
• Work with stakeholders to support change management activities
• Align project management and change control reporting with governance structures

Key requirements

• Experience with ERP systems
• Proven track record building trusted stakeholder relationships
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes (preferred)
• Effective communicator capable of influencing at varying levels
• Understanding of Protean and static data records across end-to-end processes
• Experience driving change-rich environments with tactics to realise benefits
• Understanding of Bakkavor’s OTC, PTP, and R2R landscape and pain points
• Knowledge of data management concepts and data integrity
