Maintenance Manager

Overview

As Maintenance Manager you will lead the hotel’s maintenance discipline, ensuring safe, reliable facilities and optimal guest experiences. You will collaborate with Rooms and F&B, manage budgets and Capex from a maintenance perspective, and mentor a small team. The role combines hands-on upkeep with strategic planning to support sustainability, safety, and high-quality stays. This position sits at the heart of the hotel’s management team and offers opportunities to grow across the Accor network. You will play a key role in delivering memorable hospitality with a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance program and ensure health & safety and fire safety compliance
• Manage energy consumption and hotel Capex projects within budget and forecasts
• Supervise a two-person maintenance team and collaborate with Rooms and F&B departments
• Participate in management meetings and Duty Manager shifts
• Contribute to delivering high-quality guest stays and safety standards

Key requirements
